A two time recipient of Canadian Screen Awards
When Andrew Chang became co-host of The National in 2017, he was already familiar to CBC viewers in two Canadian cities. In Montreal he worked his way up from intern to researcher to chief staff reporter for both radio and TV over five years, then co-hosted the supper-time newscast for another five years. In Vancouver Chang collected two Canadian Screen Awards for his work hosting the CBC Vancouver News at 6 between 2014 and 2017.
