Carl Hanlon was a familiar face on Global Television News for over 15 years, reporting from the White House and Capitol Hill. Starting in Washington in 1991 as correspondent, he moved up to bureau chief. After receiving an MBA from University of Maryland in 2002, he was chosen to lead corporate communications for the World Bank in 2007. Heβs still in Washington, overseeing strategic communications for Europe and Central Asia for the World Bank.
