    Biography

Caroline O’Neill is a Canadian Screen Award nominated producer who most recently spent three seasons working on CTV’s Power Play. She field produced Joe Biden’s address in the House of Commons, secured two exclusive interviews with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and helped produce CTV’s coverage of the so-called ‘Freedom Convoy.’

Caroline started her journalism career as a morning show reporter on APTN’s radio station 95.7 ELMNT FM; she appeared on APTN’s Nation to Nation for political analysis during the 2019 federal election.

Caroline is a proud graduate of Carleton University. She earned a combined honours degree in Journalism and Human Rights in 2017. While at Carleton, Caroline interned at the United States Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. and worked at the Hambantota District Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka through the School of Journalism’s Centre for Media in Transitional Societies bursary.

Caroline has written for CTVnews.ca, iPolitics and the Canadian Medical Association Journal.

Caroline is equally fascinated, inspired and troubled by the potential of social media to shape information dissemination, echo chambers and global discourse.
