Fleur holds a M.H.Sc. in Nutrition Communication and a B.A.Sc. in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University. After graduating from the M.H.Sc. program, Fleur was the Research Assistant in both the School of Professional Communication and the Centre for Studies in Food Security at Ryerson University. Her primary research interest includes strengthening community and academic partnerships by conducting research and working with community food organizations.
