After six years with the CBC, Gail Scott moved to CTV, where, among other roles, she hosted W5 and Canada AM. She subsequently taught television broadcast journalism at Ryerson and worked in the Office of the President. Gail has served as commissioner of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission and director of the Michener Foundation Awards. She was inducted into the Canadian Broadcast Hall of Fame in 2005.
