Biography
A member of Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, Julien Greene is Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawk) on his mother’s side.
He is an award-winning journalist based on the lands of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, now known has Whitehorse, Yukon.
Julien is a reporter with CBC Yukon. He previously worked with APTN, The Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, and The Narwhal.
Julien graduated from Carleton’s University’s journalism school in 2015.
He likes to write music, fish and go for walks with his dog, Onee.
