Grace Knapp

Biography

Having completed her Honours Bachelors of Global and International Studies with a specialization in Global Development from Carleton University in 2023, Grace is eager to begin the Masters of Journalism program at Carleton, this fall. During her undergraduate degree she has developed an appreciation for writing and research especially with regards to analyzing interconnected sociopolitical issues and trends in international relations and culture. The opportunity to educate others and the power that journalism holds within society has remained incredibly relevant and fascinating to Grace during her undergraduate degree. Grace now wishes to connect her passion for global perspectives with her fascination with the field of journalism while improving her skills as a broadcaster, writer and researcher.

In her spare time, you can find Grace baking a new recipe in the kitchen or playing soccer any night of the week. Grace is eager to join the incoming 2024 group of Masters of Journalism and start this new chapter in her career.
