Amaranta (Ami) Muñoz Ceballos

Biography

Ami graduated with honours from the University of Colima, a small state in Mexico.

During her years as an undergraduate student, she published two collaborative investigations at our university magazine and newspaper, and won the State journalism award in the “Opinion article” category awarded by the State Congress.

After graduating, Ami worked in one of the best local media outlets called “Estación Pacífico”, which focuses on topics related to politics and women’s rights.

Ami hopes to continue preparing herself to cover politics and issues related to women’s rights.
