Jessica Patterson
Biography
B.J. Hons, University of King’s College
Jessica Patterson is a freelance journalist with six years experience in newspapers and magazines. Originally from Nova Scotia, she moved to Alberta in 2007 in pursuit of a newspaper job, and worked there as a journalist, editor and photographer for six years. She has been published in the Calgary Herald, The Journal of Commerce, FreeFall, Metro Calgary, Alberta Venture and the Western Horse Review, to name a few. Jessica enjoys travelling, photography, highland dance and exploring the great outdoors. She is interested in digital journalism and how it’s shaping the industry.
