    Biography

    Noel is a graduate of the Bachelor of Journalism program right here at Carleton (BJ ’04). He went on to earn an MA in International Affairs from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs, also at Carleton. He worked in news for a decade for CTV here in Ottawa, a major ABC News affiliate in Washington D.C. and the Associated Press broadcast and online unit. Noel then joined the American Chemical Society as a producer and writer for the popular chemistry-themed online series “Reactions”. He returned to Canada in 2016, and currently works at Elections Canada in strategic communications.
