- About the Young PR Panel
-
Calling all soon-to-be and recent graduates: CPRS presents a dynamic new networking event, designed to assist you in the job hunt immediately following school. Networking is a primary pillar of CPRS student program initiatives, and we offer several events throughout the year to connect our members with accomplished professionals.
The Young PR Panel gives students a first hand understanding of modern challenges, suggestions, and expectations for the school-work transition in the PR industry. The panel is made up of 5 young professionals, who have been in working in PR and Communications for the last 2-3 years.
Our moderator for the event will be Kristine D’Arbelles, who is the Manager Public Affairs at the Canadian Automobile Association. Join Kristine and our network of panelists as they discuss working in a range of PR industries. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn about getting your PR career started.
Entry Info:
Career Services will be sending 20 students to Young PR Panel. If you are interested in attending this event, please submit an entry by sending us an email explaining why you’re interested in pursuing a career in PR and an up-to-date resume and if you’re selected, we’ll pay for you to go to the Young PR Panel!
