We’re pleased to announce that History M.A. student Kathryn Boschmann has won one of 25 Storyteller Awards provided by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Her project “A Prairie Home: Migration of Winnipeg’s Irish Canadians” explores how first generation Irish immigrants to Manitoba talked about and processed their migration experience.
