Advice from Liv:
“I would advise students to study on a weekly basis for shorter periods of time, rather than waiting until the exam is approaching and cramming, in order to mitigate feelings of overwhelm. Reviewing after each lecture can help prevent students from falling behind. Creating study materials weekly will allow for more efficient studying when it is time to take an exam, which is very helpful in a content-rich course such as psychology. Additionally, this is a great way to establish a habitual study routine, which is a tool students can use independently all throughout their academic careers.”
