This event is planned for the lawn in front of the Social Science Research Building, across University Drive from the Rideau River.  This annotated campus map highlights this location. There is limited pay-and-display parking on University Avenue right in front of the venue; the next closest parking lot is P1 off Library Road.  Wheelchair parking is available on the south side of Loeb, close to the venue, but the relevant permits would need to be obtained with the cooperation of DGES prior to the event (choose the accommodations request option in the form below to initiate such communication, or email the Chair at any time).
