Degrees:B.A. (West Indies), M.A. (Concordia), Ph.D. (Carleton)

Nearly 20 years of experience, including roles as Teacher, Program Assistant, Contract Instructor, and Administrative Assistant (among others). Broad academic training across the successful completion of PhD, MA, and BA programs in English. Strong background in educational rehabilitation, working with offenders and within correctional facilities, organizational resource management, diversity training formulation, process design/ improvement, project management, and relationship building.
