About the Professional Certificate in Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette

Day one of this workshop focuses on social etiquette for conducting business in social networking, cocktail and dining environments.  Ottawa’s own ‘entertaining’ expert and award-winning cookbook author Margaret Dickenson facilitates this portion of the program.  Days 2 and 3 cover the diverse world of Diplomatic Protocol and examines the rules and norms of international meetings, events and exchanges.   This portion of the program is facilitated by former Chief of Protocol (GAC) and Canadian Ambassador (retired) Mr. Robert Collette.
