Sarah is a Government Relations Advisor at ConocoPhillips Canada, the Canadian division of ConocoPhillips, one of the world’s leading exploration and production companies based on both production and reserves. Sarah plays a pivotal role in analyzing and communicating political and policy issues to shape interactions with government entities across Canada. She is responsible for advocating for company interests, navigating political and regulatory landscapes, and building strategic partnerships to support business objectives.

Prior to joining ConocoPhillips Canada, Sarah was a Senior Consultant & Manager of Operations at New West Public Affairs, a government relations and public affairs consulting firm. There, she advised clients across a variety of sectors, helping them understand government and shape decisions. She also worked as a Communications Analyst with Tervita Corporation (now SECURE ENERGY), and as a Member’s Assistant for a Member of Parliament in Ottawa.

Sarah volunteers with the Calgary chapter of Equal Voice, a registered charity dedicated to improving gender representation in Canadian politics. She also sits on the Future Leaders board of WPC Energy Canada, a premier network of international energy professionals committed to the promotion of sustainable management and use of the world’s energy resources for the benefit of all.

She is a proud Carleton University graduate and lifetime member of the Golden Key International Honours Society.
