HP 51xx Renewal Project Update Sep. 14, 2026

Good day everyone,

We are pleased to advise that the office renovation project is in its final stages and preparations are underway for staff to return to their offices.

The majority of construction activities have been completed, and only a few minor deficiencies remain outstanding. The most significant item is the painting of the mechanical room floor, which was delayed due to equipment changes made during the project by FMP. This work has been scheduled and will be completed shortly.

Additional project updates include:

·       Ventilation systems are currently operating at approximately 50% capacity and are expected to be fully operational (100% capacity) by mid-next week.

·       All office and hallway painting has been completed.

·       All furniture has been re-installed, including office tack boards and whiteboards.

·       Office TVs and glass boards are scheduled for installation during the week of September 14, with assistance and direction provided by Andrew Pullin.

·       Hallway boards are expected to be delivered and installed during the week of September 21, with final locations and installation guidance provided by the respective occupants.

While a small number of deficiencies remain, they are limited in scope and are not expected to impact normal occupancy or daily operations. Contractors may be on site periodically to complete the remaining work, and every effort will be made to minimize disruption.

The space is expected to be fully complete and 100% move-in ready during the week of September 21. By that time, all remaining installations, deficiency corrections, and final touch-ups are anticipated to be complete.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation throughout this project and look forward to welcoming staff back into their refreshed workspaces.
