Faculty Profile and Research Interests Form

This form can be used to create a new faculty profile page or to update your existing profile:

• New Profile Request– Please fill out all the fields below. The new faculty profile will appear in the “Our People” tab on the SCS website. The research interests information will be posted on the “Faculty Research Interest” page. The staff will not edit or proofread any text. Please enter the information as you would like it worded on the website.
• Update your Profile Page or your Research Interests- For updates, please only enter the fields you would like updated. The staff will not edit or proofread any text. All fields that are to remain the same should be left empty.
