Archaeograming Unconference logoArchaeogaming is the intersection of gaming (broadly conceived) and the past (broadly conceived; often via a focus on the material culture of the past). On Wednesday the 22nd of March, Shawn Graham (Carleton), Andrew Reinhard (York, UK) and Tara Copplestone (York, UK and Aarhus, Denmark) are hosting the second Archaeogaming Virtual Unconference. An unconference is one where there are no prepared talks; instead, participants come together on the morning of the event to set the schedule and the topics for discussion. This virtual unconference is facilitated through the use of MIT’s ‘unhangout’ platform, a combination of chatroom and multi-user videochat space, and the #archaeogaming2 hashtag on Twitter.

Dip in and out of the unconference between 9 AM and and 3 PM on Wednesday! For more details and logistics, check in with https://electricarchaeology.ca/2017/03/07/archaeogaming2-unconference-take-2/
