Mayor Jim Watson recognizes Prof Bruce Elliott for providing the history questions for this year’s “Great Ottawa History Challenge” at the annual Heritage Day event at Ottawa City Hall on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. The quiz was also published in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper on February 20 to raise awareness of Ottawa’s rich and diverse history.
