The paperback edition of Professor Rod Phillips‘s book, Alcohol: A History, has just been published. Originally published in hard covers in 2014 by the University of North Carolina Press, it has since appeared in French, Korean, and Turkish, as well as in a South Asian edition (published in India) and as an audiobook. A Chinese edition is coming in April and Professor Phillips will participate in a book launch in Shanghai.
While in Dallas, Texas, last week to judge in a wine competition, Professor Phillips was interviewed about the book on i24NEWS, an Israel-based television news channel.
