David Dean’s chapter “Living History: Performing the Past” has just been published in the Handbook of Digital Public History edited by Serge Noiret, Mark Tebeau, and Gerben Zaagsma  (De Gruyter, 2022). Earlier this month he and third-year undergraduate Andrea Pulgarin Villamil co-authored an article for the public history blog journal Bridging, In it Andrea reflects on her experience working with David in  strategizing how to teach public history and performance during the pandemic, thanks to Carleton’s Students as Partners Program.
