What is your favourite thing about the program?
My favourite things about the history program are the range of content that is available to study, as well as the supportive professors and staff.
What will you miss the most?
Many people I have met along the way, the functional campus, and the general Carleton community will be greatly missed.
What is your favourite reading/book/text from the program?
I enjoyed the majority of reading material in the wide scope of the history program. However, one of my favourite books is from Dr. Michel Hogue’s HIST3511A, Cecilia Morgan’s Travellers Through Empire: Indigenous Voyages from Early Canada.
What’s next for you?
My plan for the future is to pursue a career of historical research, ideally in a museum. I am also considering a graduate program.
