To activate your email a password reset is required. Activate your Email

• Set up Email in Mac Mail
• Set up Email in Mac Outlook
• Email Forwarding & Email Rules
• Email on your Phone
• Get Microsoft Office
• Webmail address:  Outlook.Office.com
• Log into BrightSpace using your MyCarletonOne account and click on the Jump To menu and Carleton Email (Currently enrolled student).

Staff Email – @cunet

The email address is in the form MC1username@cunet.carleton.ca
Staff/Faculty also get a @carleton.ca email alias

• Add a Shared Mailbox
• Email Forwarding & Email Rules
• Get Microsoft Office
• Webmail address:  Exchange.Carleton.ca

If you can sign into some services but not others (Ex.  I can sign into Carleton Central but not Cmail).

Solution:  Your account needs to be re-synced, you do this by resetting your password and waiting 15 minutes
