Associate Law Professor Jane Dickson-Gilmore talked to Don Martin, host of Power Play on CTV News Channel, twice last week about First Nations issues. Professor Dickson-Gilmore states that “…despite the presence or absence of economic health and prosperity, most of these communities manifest precisely the same types of social problems. There are problems that money can fix. There are problems that money can’t fix.”
