We are thrilled to share that faculty member Christiane Wilke has been awarded a Teaching Excellence Award as part of the annual FPGA’s Excellence Awards! These awards recognize overall excellence in teaching and in teaching innovation in the Faculty of Public and Global Affairs.
Christiane has been a faculty member in our department since 2005. She is a valued teacher and mentor in our department and is known for being innovative with course content. She is best known for teaching LAWS 3908 (Approaches in Legal Studies II) and LAWS 4603 (Transitional Justice) at the undergraduate level, and LAWS 5000 (Theories of Law and Transformation) and LAWS 6000 (Doctoral Seminar in Legal Studies) at the graduate level. Christiane has also supervised many graduate students at both the MA and PhD levels throughout the years.
