D’Intino, David
David D’Intino is a criminal prosecutor, criminal defence lawyer, civil mediator and legal member of the Ontario Review Board. Mr. D’Intino has appeared as counsel at every level of court in the Provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. He is a former adjudicative decision maker at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada in Refugee Protection Division.
Mr. D’Intino began teaching at Carleton University in 2022 and has also taught Administrative Law and a Legal Field Placement Course at Trent University.
In his spare time, Mr. D’Intino enjoys playing hockey and soccer, spending time with his family, his fiancée Diana and his cat Jenna.

Mr. D’Intino enjoys teaching students of all ages, primarily in the areas of criminal law and administrative law.
