Everything You Always Wanted to Know About… MA Funding and Awards
Are you a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Law and Legal Studies, and are you planning to pursue a Master’s (MA) degree in the near future?
Are you a 1st year MA student in Law and Legal Studies, and are you preparing applications for external scholarships?
If one of these scenarios applies to you…
You are cordially invited to attend an Information Session about MA Funding and Awards organized by the Department of Law and Legal Studies, which will take place on Zoom on Friday, October 15th, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm (EST).
This information session will:
- Present the funding options available to MA students, including internal funding and external competitions for Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS) and Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) scholarships;
- Identify forthcoming deadlines and eligibility requirements for OGS and SSHRC;
- Provide guidance for how to prepare a strong application package;
- Demystify the evaluation and adjudication process.
