Have you ever wanted the opportunity to talk to a colleague, or your professor about their research? On March 16 – during 2015 FPA Research Month – you can “sign out” selected FPA Faculty members to talk to them about their books and/or research for a 10 or 20 minute time period.
Includes Prof. Stacy Douglas (Critical Constitutionalism)
Prof. Douglas is interested in the question: what is law? How are we able to draw a border around what it is and what it isn’t? Her current research argues that any clear delimitation between what law is and isn’t is a mythological one. Come and chat with her about how we define “law”, and how we might think about what it “is” as deriving from multiple and unexpected sites.
