Faculty Teaching Preferences (2026 – 2027)

Please use this form to indicate your teaching preferences for the academic year 2026-2027. This form includes fields to capture Special Timetable Arrangements that need to apply to ALL of your courses. This includes medical needs, child care arrangements, administrative duties, etc.

Please note that you will be emailed a copy of your form submission for your records once submitted. Please make sure that you have received a confirmation email before closing this web form as it will not submit unless all required fields are filled out.

Teaching Preferences

Please list two courses that you would like to teach at the 1000, 2000 and/or 3000 level, two courses at the 4000 level and/or Graduate level and two alternate courses (for a total of six courses). If you would like to teach multiple sections of the same course, please list this in the course comments section. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your teaching preferences, where possible.
