David D’Intino is an adjudicative decision maker at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Prior to joining the IRB, he was a criminal defence lawyer, criminal duty counsel, Crown Attorney and civil mediator in the Provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. Mr. D’Intino has appeared as counsel at every level of court in the Provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Mr. D’Intino began teaching at Carleton University in 2022 and has also taught Administrative Law at Trent University.

In his spare time, Mr. D’Intino enjoys playing hockey and soccer, spending time with his family, his fiancée Diana and his cat Jenna.

Mr. D’Intino enjoys teaching students of all ages, primarily in the areas of criminal law and administrative law.
