PhD Defence Scheduling Form

The Thesis Defence Form (PhD) is to be completed by the Thesis Supervisor to initiate the scheduling process for the PhD Thesis Defence.

This form must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the anticipated defense date. Once the thesis is submitted, it must be with the committee and the external examiner for a minimum of four weeks and that the defense cannot take place prior to the four week time frame.
