Resources

Whether you are looking to host your own event, track the great work you’ve been doing outside of the classroom, or access funding to attend a conference; the Student Experience Office has put together a list of resources available to undergraduate students to help them get the most out of their university activities.

Campus Space Booking

The Student Experience Office manages the allocation of classroom space for Carleton University-accredited campus groups, academic societies, and CUSA certified clubs. Our website has information on food and beverage services, audio-visual equipment services, risk management forms and much more.

Co-Curricular Record

The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) system is a way to record and encourage involvement in student leadership, development, extracurricular activities, and community service opportunities among students at Carleton University. Students are able to track their contributions and accomplishments from the volunteer work and campus contributions they are doing outside of the classroom and present it to potential employers and/or graduate schools as an official documentation.
