On November 14, SLaLS was visited by Ms. Iwanaga from The Japan Foundation. Ms. Iwanaga presented us with a certificate of membership in the Sakura Network, a group of 6 universities in Canada noted by the Japan Foundation for their excellence in Japanese language teaching. Membership in the Sakura Network allows SLaLS access to a range of exclusive funding opportunities.
