SLaLS Research Ethics Sub-committee Board
- Course Based Application Form for instructors who intend to include student research projects in their undergraduate and graduate courses and for supervisors of Master’s Research Essays (REs) that include small-scale pilot studies involving human participants (updated December 2016)
- Course Based Research Approval Form for instructors submitting Course Based Application Form for a course based or Research Essay projects. The top part of the form should be completed by the instructor, and the form should be submitted to the SLaLS Research Ethics Sub-committee Board (RESB) along with the Course Based Application Form.
