Graduate Supervision

The purpose of this form is to create and maintain an accurate record of thesis/research essay supervision for graduate students in SLaLS. This information is helpful for grade submission, thesis defences, PhD progress reports, among other uses.

The MA/PhD thesis or research essay supervisor should submit this information once a decision has been made on graduate supervision and whenever a change occurs. If there are co-supervisors, the form can be completed by either supervisor.
