• University of Toronto’s Language Research Day 2025 | The fourth annual graduate student-led conference will be held virtually on June 19. The committee welcomes attendees from all levels of study who are interested in language research.
• Summer Institute for Languages of the Muslim World (SILMW 2025) | SILMW, a program offered by the University of Illinois, offers intensive courses in Arabic, Persian, Swahili, Turkish, and Wolof. SILMW for 2025 will take place from June 16 to August 8, 2025
• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) | The Unified Support Centre is hosting ASIST courses on the weekends of June 21 and 22, 2025 and August 9 and 10, 2025. ASIST is a comprehensive, two day course consisting of audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations designed to teach you how to help someone with thoughts or plans of suicide.
• Languaging Diversity Conference (LD2025) | Languaging Diversity is an international biennial conference of the I-LanD Inter-university Research Centre. The ninth edition of the conference will be hosted by the University of Chieti-Pescara in Italy December 3-5, 2025.

• Languaging Diversity Conference (LD2025) | The conference committee invites contributions that explore how language, literature and culture intersect in digital spaces, with a focus on identity formation, social belonging and exclusion online. Abstracts are due July 15, 2025 (details).
