SLaLS faculty members and students hosted a table at Carleton’s Open House on October 22nd. The event provided an opportunity to meet potential students and their parents and/or guardians in a relaxed and informal setting. The team answered questions and showcased the many programs that SLaLS offers. We hope, of course, that some of those that stopped at our table will appear in our classrooms next year.
The event was also a time for us to socialize with colleagues who we do not see regularly plus a chance to look at how other disciplines present themselves.
