Kimberley Seguin Receives Sheila McCallum Leadership Award
Congratulations to Kimberley Seguin on receiving the Sheila McCallum Leadership Award during the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) Holiday Gathering on December 9.

This award recognizes the contributions of staff members within the Faculty and celebrates collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement at Carleton University.
As the Undergraduate and Administrative Assistant for the School of Linguistics and Language Studies, Kimberley’s contributions to the School and her dedication to student success have had a positive, lasting impact.
The nomination letters praised Kimberley’s professionalism, organization, and creative approach to communications and outreach.
“She manages the background work for orientation, recruitment, committee meetings, student advising, and many other essential tasks, allowing SLaLS to function smoothly,” a letter in support of her nomination reads.
“I’m thrilled to receive this award,” Kimberley says. “I’m lucky to work with such a great team of staff, faculty, and students.”
