Office Update for Spring/Summer 2026
Kimberley will be working a hybrid schedule in St. Patrick’s Building until August 14, 2026 inclusive. You can find Kimberley online on Mondays and Fridays and in 341 St. Patrick’s Building Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our summer hours are listed here.
Kimberley helps administer undergraduate student processes from recruitment through to graduation, which includes:
- Advising students of their eligibility for degree program admission (ALDS, LING), prerequisite courses required for registration, and procedures to successfully progress towards graduation;
- Responding to registration issues, and, when necessary, facilitating access to courses requiring permission of the School;
- Conducting initial reviews of audits;
- Filing course syllabi and coordinating examination data entry for formally scheduled exams;
- Receiving and coordinating application files for the CTESL.
Kimberley works closely with the Director for the School of Linguistics and Language Studies, and responds to academic-related questions and concerns of faculty, contract instructors, and students. She is also responsible for communication matters for the School, including organizing and promoting events and maintaining the website and social media.
