Information Session | Practicum in Speech-Language Pathology

Please join us on March 23 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. for an information session about the Practicum in Speech-Language Pathology (LING 4604).
There are a limited number of practicum placements available. Priority will be given to students who meet all of the eligibility criteria listed below, and who have demonstrated professionalism. Responses to questions on the application form will also be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fourth-year standing (in the semester where the practicum is completed)
- Enrollment in the Honours B.A. or B.Sc. in Linguistics with a concentration in Psycholinguistics and Communication Disorders/Differences
- Completion of LING 3604
- Linguistics major CGPA of at least 10.0

- Compile, into a single pdf document, your application form, up-to-date CV, and unofficial transcript/academic audit.
- Send your application materials to the practicum coordinator. Please note that Kumiko Murasugi will be the practicum coordinator up until June 30, 2026. As of July 1, 2026, Tamara Sorenson Duncan will be the practicum coordinator.
The deadline to apply to complete the practicum during is May 24, 2026.
