Faculty STAs and Course Information for 2025-2026

Please use the form below to submit your Special Timetabling Arrangements (STA), important course information and classroom requirements. TLS now has a list of up-to-date classroom information on its website, which indicates the type of seating, equipment, etc. that is in the room. You should review this information if you need a specific type of room, as well as use it to review preferred spaces to ensure they still meet your needs.

This is a reminder that STA requests do not roll over from year to year and need to be requested each timetabling cycle. If you are unsure of which designation you fall under, click here for some examples.

You do NOT need to enter your unavailable time for departmental meetings. This will be taken care of when the schedule is entered.

This form includes fields to capture Special Timetable Arrangements (STA) that need to apply to all of your courses. This includes medical needs, child care arrangements, administrative duties, etc. You will receive a copy of your form submission for your records once submitted.
