Important Notes on the Collective Agreement
All postings are pursuant to Article 16.3 of the CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement. All incumbents MUST apply for each specific course(s) as per CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement Article 15.4.
As per Articles 16.3 and 16.4 in the CUPE 4600-2 Collective Agreement, posted vacancies are offered first to applicants meeting the incumbency criterion.

Important Notes from the Department
Candidates should hold at least an M.A. degree in a law field or an LL.B., and have particular research or employment experience in a relevant field. Priority will be given to candidates with higher research degrees and teaching experience at the university level.
