Please note that you must take the following steps in order to complete your application.
- References – Request letters of reference from two teachers, or a teacher and a guidance counsellor. Instructions, forms, and FAQs for references are available here: carleton.ca/esp/esp-reference-form/. Please provide this link to your referee with your reference request.
- Transcripts: If you have provided copies of your transcripts, please note: we may require original copies if they have not already been provided to the university. If you have not provided copies, your application will remain incomplete until they are received.
- Non-refundable Application Fee ($65) can be paid in the following ways:
- Online (by Visa or Mastercard)
- By mail. Please send cheque or money order addressed to “Carleton University”.

Once your application is complete, it will be forwarded to our admissions committee for review. Decisions are normally made within 3-5 weeks of receiving your completed application.
