ESP Mentors – Programs Eligibility Questionnaire

The ESP Mentor Program needs to determine your eligibility for two programs at Carleton that provide financial support to employers like ESP to help us continue to offer mentor positions and other student employment opportunities.

Important Note:

Your employment will not be affected if you indicate you do not wish to be included in ACT to Employ or Work Study. Either way, your employment offer stands.
