1. Academic Reference

A professor, TA, or facilitator whose class you have taken and who knows your work well.

    4. Registration Holds

    Do you expect any registration holds?*

    This would be any reason why you wouldn’t be able to register in courses on registration day, such as owing money to the university, needing to submit course override requests, etc.
