Academic Advice:

The best academic advice I can offer to new students is to study hard but rest and recover harder. Your brain and body needs time to rest, so go for a hike, hangout with friends and family, watch your favorite show, movie or both! Give yourself well deserved breaks and this will build consistent study habits and greatly minimize academic burnout.

I once did a road trip from Ottawa to Florida.
