Financial Services provides assistance to the Faculty Deans and University Librarian by formulating a fair and equitable salary recommendation, within the provisions of the collective agreement with CUASA, for new academic and librarian hires.  While our office provides a recommended salary range, the final salary offer remains at the Dean’s or the University Librarian’s discretion.
