Welcome to our website for requesting a new Department or Organization Code, or updating existing ones.
This website provides Resource Planning Committee (RPC) Administrators with simple web forms to request any of the functions listed below. Simply select the function you wish to perform by clicking on the hyperlink which best describes what you would like to request. You will then be presented with a form.

Other Items to Consider
- Updates to your departmental web pages (URL change, requesting a new website) through a request to the Service Desk
- Facilities Management and Planning (FMP) signage and way finding info
- Changing your business cards
- Adding or changing your e-mail signature
- Updating any University policies which may contain your department name (in the case of a name change)
- Updating any name change in Telus business directory (formerly Yellow Pages) through a request to the Service Desk (in the case of a name change)
